The song I have chosen is of the pop/r&b genre and has a clear meaning to it, this is that the artist is missing someone but has to let them go, therefore this is why she is saying farewell.
The audience for this track would be those who are interested in the artist herself, anyone who enjoys listening to music of the pop or r&b genre and mostly teenagers and above, I would indicate that more women over men would listen to this song due to its clear storyline of a girl missing a boy.
The mood of the song is quite sad and the beat of the song is mainly quite slow however the beat does creep up in some places especially during the chorus.
